Sponsorship > How to Become

The JCA greatly values the support of its corporate sponsors, many of which have been supporters for several years.

The JCA approach to sponsorship

The JCA has a sophisticated approach to sponsorship.  Sponsorship is not a donation.  Rather we work together with our sponsors to build a tailored and relevant sponsorship package in order to deliver a commercial return to the sponsor.

Our aim is to build mutually beneficial, long term relationships with our sponsors. We are proud to have Westpac as our Major Sponsor, a relationship which has gone from strength to strength and is now in its second decade!

Sponsoring a campaign

The JCA runs a number of fundraising events between May and September, each tailored to a specific audience, and part of a larger campaign.  There are three main campaign segments.

  • The General Campaign is attended by over 2000 people within the community and includes an event in the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and one specifically for major donors of the JCA.
  • The Women’s Campaign consists of several events with highly regarded speakers, attracting over 1000 women.
  • The Youth Campaign incorporates a number of events which provide the up and coming members of the community with the opportunity to socialise and network.  These events typically attract around 1000 people.  This is an appealing audience for many organisations as many participants are hard working, professionally driven and have high disposable incomes.

Sponsorship packages are available for any of the above campaigns, providing a mechanism for organisations to effectively target high income individuals within these segments of the Jewish community.

Various levels of sponsorship & associated benefits

There are three different levels of sponsorship available to companies;
1. Major Sponsor (highest level, only one for each campaign)
2. Principal Sponsors
3. General Sponsors
