The Allocations Committee determines how the JCA’s campaign funds are allocated amongst the various member organisations.

The Allocations process employs a rigorous approach in which the Committee reviews detailed annual submissions made by each member organisation requesting funds.  All submissions are analysed to understand the key strategic, operational and financial issues faced by each organisation.  After thorough analysis and consultation with the member organisations, the Committee makes funding recommendations based on its understanding of the relative needs of the community.

The recommendations made by the Allocations Committee each year are submitted to the Board of Governors for approval.The following bar chart shows the annual distributions since 2003.
