The JCA approach to sponsorship
The JCA has a targeted approach to sponsorship. We work together with our sponsors to build a tailored and relevant sponsorship package in order to deliver a worthwhile return.
Sponsoring a campaign
The JCA runs a number of fundraising events between May and September, each tailored to a specific audience, and part of a larger campaign. There are three main campaign segments.
- The General Campaign is attended by over 1500 people within the community and includes a large communal event usually in an Eastern Suburbs venue of suitable size.
- Events for Major Donors (with a minimum entry level donation required) are held thoughout June and take place on the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.
- Further segmentation takes place with a Young Major Donors Division and Young Leadership Division. These events, in addition to being fundraisers allow for networking and socialising. This is an appealing audience for many organisations as many participants are hard working, professionally driven and have high disposable incomes.
- Women’s Campaign - comprising of an event specifically for women in our community plays host to approximately 1000 women annually. A prominent guest speaker is engaged.
- Womens Gold (with a minimum entry level donation) also takes place as part of Womens Campaign but is hosted at a home in the Eastern Suburbs.
- Young JCA and Connections attract a 18-30 age group. These events typically host around 500 people and are social engagements.
Sponsorship packages are available for some of the abovementioned divisions, providing a mechanism for organisations to effectively target high income individuals within these segments of the Jewish community.
